1. Do you travel for destination weddings? or events?

Absolutely. Martin Media is available for destination weddings, conferences, corporate events, churches, and special occasions both in and outside of Michigan. Travel fees may apply depending on the location and will always be discussed upfront, so there are no surprises.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session or event?

Yes! We don't just show up with a camera we help bring your vision to life. From choosing the perfect location and time of day to discussing outfits, timelines, and creative ideas, we'll work with you to ensure your session or event runs smoothly and captures your story exactly as you imagined.

3. WhEN DO WE GET RAW FILES AND RETOUCHES BACK?

All RAW image files are delivered within 30 minutes after your session is complete. Your professionally edited images are delivered within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday). Sessions held on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday begin the editing process on Monday. Need your edits sooner? Add Rushed Retouches during checkout to receive expedited editing.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes! Every session includes high-resolution digital files. Professional-quality prints, wall art, canvases, and albums are also available for purchase through your online gallery, making it easy to preserve and display your favorite memories for years to come.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?
