Cancellation Policy

When it is time for your re-editing process, it is required that you send over reference photos of how you would like your pictures edited. If not, you will get standard retouching with no special texts or Photoshop effects. Studio Content Ownership Policy Effective Immediately All videography and photography created within Martin Media (including shoots, sessions, and productions) remain the sole property of Christopher Edward Martin Jr and Martin Media. By entering the studio and participating in any form of content creation, all clients, collaborators, and visitors acknowledge and agree that: Ownership Rights: All images, video footage, and media captured in the studio are the intellectual property of Martin Media and may be used for promotional, commercial, and portfolio purposes unless otherwise stated in a written and signed agreement. Usage by Clients: Clients will receive usage rights to the final edited content as outlined in their service agreement. Raw or unedited files are not included unless specifically agreed upon or sent out. Restricted Use: Clients and collaborators may not sell, alter, or distribute content without prior written permission from Martin Media. Privacy Exceptions: If a client requires confidentiality or restricted use, this must be discussed and documented in writing before the session. By booking or participating in a session at Martin Media
