Cancellation Policy

A late fee of $25 will be assessed after 15 minutes from shoot time; after 30 minutes, your appointment is forfeited. If you go over your scheduled time, it will be $75/every 1 1/2 hours. Use examples and show pictures of how you would like your image to look to make the overall process smoother. It is encouraged! Also when it is time for your re-editing process it is required that you send over reference photos of how you would like your pictures edited. If not you will get standare retouching with no special texts or photshopping effects. Expedited photo services (24 hours or less is $125, 48 hours or less is $100 ) No-Call, No-Show: A $70 fee will be charged for rescheduling. Can I reschedule my session? Yes, within 24 hrs of your session. Reschedule Fees: A fee of $105 will be charged for rescheduling a second time. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-refundable !! When an adult does not accompany a minor, Martin Multimedia reserves the right to decline service to any underage client if the attire is inappropriate. Martin Multimedia staff reserves the right to decline service to any client if anything about the session is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or goes against our core company values. The use or display of guns (fake or real), gang signs, threatening or offensive language/hand gestures, or similar entities is not allowed. Smoking of any kind is prohibited while on the grounds. A maximum of two (2) unphotographed guests are allowed per session. If you add a “friend” to your session, understand that they will not receive access to the photo album or any individual portraits. The friend may only appear in photos taken with the original client who booked the session. Clients are welcome to bring their props if needed. I have small miscellaneous props in the studio and various solid-color backdrops. MAKE SURE YOU ASK BEFORE SHOOT. All photos will be given to customers digitally. I do not print images.
